308 One Pty Ltd (“308”), an Australian private company, as the head entity for its Australian and international operations, is committed to maintaining a workplace and supply chain free from all forms of modern slavery, including human trafficking, forced labour and servitude.

Our commitment
308 does not tolerate the use of slavery or human trafficking in any part of its operations or associated supply networks. This commitment is formalised in the 308 Anti-Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Policy, which aligns with our broader ethical values and governance approach. We are focused on building relationships and systems that uphold human dignity, ethical conduct and transparency across all tiers of our business.
Director’s statement
As the sole director of 308, I recognise the importance of identifying and addressing risks of modern slavery, both locally and abroad. 308 supports the objectives of the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and is committed to continuously improving the way we operate to safeguard against exploitation within our operations and partnerships.
Period and review
This statement applies to the financial year ending 30 June 2027, and will be reviewed annually. 308’s policy and supporting procedures will be updated as necessary to reflect legislative changes or material shifts in risk exposure.
